Definitions & Interpretation

Your Status & Eligibility

Registration & Enrollment

Pricing & Payment Terms

5.2 Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
5.3 Payment must be made by the deadlines indicated (deposit, instalments, or full payment).
5.4 If a payment plan is used and becomes delinquent, we may suspend your access until full payment is made.

Agreement & Provision of Service

6.1 Your agreement with us becomes effective once (a) you submit a valid registration, (b) payment is authorized or received, and (c) you receive confirmation from us.
6.2 We will use reasonable efforts to deliver course content and support, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance of the Platform.

Cancellation, Refunds & Deferrals

7.1 Cancellation by Us: We may cancel or postpone a course, in which case you will receive a full refund within a defined period (e.g. 30 days).
7.2 Cancellation by You:
(a) If you cancel before a defined cut-off (e.g. 7 days before start), you may receive a refund less a cancellation fee.
(b) Cancellations on or after the course start date may not be eligible for refund.
7.3 Deferrals: You may apply to defer your course participation by written request ahead of the start date; deferrals may incur a fee and be subject to approval.

Delivery & Access

8.1 We will provide you with login credentials for the Platform.
8.2 You are responsible for your own device, internet access, and related technical setup.
8.3 You agree to download materials and complete assignments as required within the timelines.
8.4 We may provide support during specific hours, but are not liable for technical failures, interruptions, or external site issues.

User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

9.1 You must use the site and Platform lawfully and ethically.
9.2 You must not upload or distribute harmful software, spam, infringing content, or content that is offensive or unlawful.
9.3 You are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or re-selling Academy content unless explicitly permitted.
9.4 Breach of conduct may lead to suspension or termination of access without refund.

Intellectual Property

10.1 All intellectual property rights in course materials, designs, software, content, and branding belong to the Academy or its licensors.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the material for your personal learning and use, subject to compliance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Force Majeure

12.1 The Academy is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, tech outages, governmental acts).
12.2 In such events, performance times will be extended accordingly.

Amendments

13.2 Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
13.3 If you do not agree to amendments, you should stop using our services.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
